During your facelift procedure, Dr. Schaffer will re-drape the skin of your face improving the appearance of common visual signs of aging. Facelift surgery will improve the appearance of fine lines around the eyes and forehead and wrinkles. It will improve the appearance of sagging skin around the eyes and cheeks. In some cases, liposuction may be used to produce optimal results. Facelift surgery alone will not address sagging skin around the neck. In cases where the skin around the neck needs to be addressed a neck lift may be combined with facelift surgery.
