Description: Elizabeth, a 39 year old successful business woman selected DOUBLE BOARD CERTIFIED PLASTIC SURGEON Dr. Eric Schaffer based on the referral by her friend. She wanted fuller, larger and more lifted breasts. Dr. Schaffer helped her choose 450cc saline implants which were inserted through tiny armpit incisions. The implants augmented the breasts as well as accomplishing a lift of the breasts without any additional incisions. She went from a 36B to a full 36D bra size.
