Description: After undergoing total mastectomies, Jennifer began the reconstructive surgery process. Dr. Eric Schaffer inserted tissue expanders filled to 360mL, but Jennifer later decided she wanted to be a larger volume. Tissue expansion was performed again and eventually she underwent implant placement. Dr. Schaffer removed the tissue expanders and replaced them with size 575 implants filled to 690cc. Jennifer later proceeded with nipple reconstruction and finally the nipple tattooing. She is very happy with the beautiful outcome of her breast reconstruction process.

Description: Diane, came to Dr. Eric Schaffer after having a biopsy on a cyst in her right breast. Dr. Schaffer recommended a modified mastectomy, breast cancer and reconstruction with a TRAM flap so Diane scheduled for surgery as soon as she could. Dr. Schaffer took a section of her abdomen and used it to reconstruct her right breast. Diane is very happy with the beautiful results of her procedure and is ready to continue the process with nipple/areolar reconstruction.
