Dr Schaffer and his team have been phenomenal!!! I had a full tummy tuck and implant exchange and I could not be happier with the results only 2 weeks later. When looking for a surgeon, I researched incision/scar placement and belly buttons and Dr Schaffer had the best outcomes of all the docs I spent months looking through. My scar placement is a million times better than I hope for and my belly button is adorable, even though it's not finished healing yet!!! The staff in the office have been amazing as well!! They are all so kind and caring. If you're looking for a plastic surgeon, you have found the best with Dr Schaffer and his staff!

The absolute best they went above above and beyond for me. Iam super picky and annoying LOL I used to call so many time about questions of procedure post op and pre op. Debbie and dr Shaffer always answered them no matter what questions they where, Debbie even answered questions at 10pm when I was nervous of the procedure day before. Everything went absolutely wonderful I couldn’t ask for better surgeon and this is coming from a super picky individual. I will go back for my breast aug again and recommend him to anyone looking for a San Antonio plastic surgeon they really do care and don’t just care about the money And drshaffer is super intelligent and know what he is doing soooo many years of experience. I am a surgica tech and I can tell you him and his team def are sterile and very careful with the procedure I had got my breast done with him twice only to go bigger and never once had a infection or any pain. They are the best for sure they are like family they are super super good people . Period Glad I never went to miami

I am officially 6 months breast aug post op and I am very pleased with my results. I love the size Dr.Schaffer and I settled for. He has a very natural approach to sizing, my body looks well proportionate and everyone thinks my breasts are big and natural. I love them! Highly recommend! He takes Care Credit! I financed mine for 12 months interest free. There is times they do specials where you can finance for 18 months interest free too!! <3

I absolutely love Dr Schaffer and his staff! IMO, they are the best around. Dr. Schaffer is so knowledgeable and has excellent bedside manner. From your first visit with him you just know this guy knows what he’s doing and his staff are genuinely caring and top of the line. This combination is very hard to find. I went to several consults before landing at Dr Schaffer’s office and I wish I had just saved my time and money and started with them. And most importantly my results EVERY time have exceeded expectation and I get compliments on a regular basis. Thank you Dr Schaffer and Team!

I’m normally not one to leave reviews. But, in this case I felt strongly about weighing in on Dr. Schaffer. I am not a patient but the husband of one. As such, I hope to share a unique perspective on the process from a mans point of view. Guys this one for you. First. My wife is beautiful. And as far as I was concerned perfect. When she approached me with the idea of a mommy make over my initial gut reaction (in my head of course) was, why? 25 years of being an industrial mechanic has taught me to fix what’s needed, quickly and accurately and leave well enough alone. But life has taught me, to be at your best you have to feel your best. Confident in your own skin, I believe is the phrase. Whatever her reason, I was in...but there were doubts. Reservations maybe, about the results, expectations, recovery and so on. I debated on whether or not to run down the details of this whole production but I’ll make it brief. This is a review, not a blog, right? Oh yeah, one important concern I did want to highlight is, it occurred to me that surgery might not go by numbers. I’m a realist, plans change. I think THAT above all carried the lions share of my anxiety the day of surgery, and day of surgery came soon enough. My 6 year old daughter and I dropped mom off at the hospital in the morning and the clock began to tick. And tock. Anxiety came by to visit around dinner time and left to meet Panic and Worry for drinks around 8. The phone rang....and all was good in the world once again. Surgery went well and she was resting. We would see her tomorrow morning. Yup, I said tomorrow. Recovery went quickly, faster and better than we expected. The bandages came off as scheduled and there was Dr. Schaffers work on full display. Remember what I said about things not going by the numbers. Well they didn’t. An issue arose during surgery. Not life threatening but an issue nonetheless. Dr Schaffer navigated the moment and continued beautifully. I can say that now having seen the results. All my concerns though legitimate proved to be unfounded. The many years of experience and eye for aesthetics were now manifested before me. I’ve seen many pics of tummy tucks going into this. Some with incisions unsymmetrical, too high, too low. But these were contoured and deliberate. Her breasts were bigger, fuller and...well I could go on and on. Impressed by the recovery...for sure. The results...ok beyond impressed. I spend the day ogling my wife and enjoying her new found confidence. Dr Schaffer exceeded expectations on every front. Destroyed my doubts. Albeit just another day at the office for him, his work was nonetheless extraordinary. Bravo... Dr Schaffer, you have our sincerest appreciation and our complete fidelity. We wish you the best and continued success.

Dr Schaffer Hands down the absolute best. I had the absolute best experience from my consultation down to recovery. He went above and beyond to exceed my expectations the best decision i ever made. I highly recommend him and his staff is absolutely wonderful

For my 40th birthday, I decided to do something for me after breastfeeding two babies and wishing I had the fullness I used to have. I was tired of push up bras and not feeling comfortable in a bathing suit. A friend had gone to Dr. Schaffer and had wonderful, natural looking results with such a small incision only in the axilla. Dr. Schaffer and his staff were amazing and listened to what I was wanting and gave options. I was very asymmetric, but really wanted to avoid a breast lift. Dr. Schaffer wasn’t sure if it would be needed, or not, and would not fully decide until in the OR. He is very meticulous and in the end was able to give amazing/natural results without the lift! He and his staff also went out of their way to help a surgery date work with our busy schedule and extra challenge of covid testing needs. Allowed for virtual visits instead of having to go back to San Antonio in person (as we live 5 hrs away). I am in love with my results and am so glad I went to Dr. Schaffer. He gave me just what I was hoping for!

Dr. Schaffer is a true artist and perfectionist who exceeded my expectations and changed my life. I did extensive research on doctors in the San Antonio area and I am so happy I chose Dr. Schaffer.
