Great doctor—long lasting results! I recently consulted with Dr. Schaffer regarding my breast implant surgery that he performed over 23 years ago. My implants still look and feel like new, but I wanted to know if they should be replaced at some point in the future. Dr. Schaffer informed me there was no timeline to replace them unless there was a problem. That was great news to me as I am still completely happy with the results today. Dr. Schaffer is a first rate surgeon. His procedure of going through the armpit left no visible scars, and my implants still look like new after 23 years. I’ve referred a couple friends to Dr. Schaffer for breast implants and they have also been thrilled with his results.

Dr. Schaffer is an excellent plastic surgeon and I highly recommend him to anyone needing one. He has worked on not only myself but others in my family as well and it has always been a positive experience. He is professional, caring and always looks out for the best interest of his patients. Dr. Schaffer's work is as flawless as surgery can be and all results have been extremely impressive. Look no further than Dr. Schaffer, he is truly the best!

I am one month out from having a breast augmentation with Dr. Schaffer. It has been the great experience and I’m in love with the new me. He and his staff are amazing through the entire process. Doctor Schaffer AND his staff are literally perfect. I suffer from PTSD and anxiety, but doctor Shaffer made me feel so calm and relaxed. He was so professional with everything. I had a breast augmentation and liposuction of the neck. I was also going to do a breast lift but Dr. Schaffer decided not to, THANK GOD. He will not do something for the money. Dr. Shaffer is stellar!! From his work ethic, to his staff, to the passion he has for his craft. I can't speak anymore highly of the man that gave me life. I've always been small-chested and went 34 years of my life feeling less than a woman, even after modeling and having two boys. I was able to get the body and the curves I always wanted to have. I don't know how I can ever repay Dr. Shaffer and his staff for giving me something that nature/DNA couldn't. I watch a lot of reality TV and so many people have things go wrong and I am so fortunate to have had the best in San Antonio work on me. He is my surgeon for life and everyone should have something done by Dr. Shaffer. I am forever grateful.

The office staff was very sweet and knowledgeable. It was nice having a smiling face every time I walked into the office. Dr. Schaffer himself was very sweet, patient, listed to all my questions, and more! All around he was fantastic. Worked with my short schedule, understanding of my life style, and has been nothing but amazing since day one. If you are looking for a place to have some plastic surgery done I would only recommend Dr. Schaffer.

Dr Schaffer is a wonderful physician and human being. I had a surgery performed by him a few years ago and the results were and continue to be fantastic! Since that time I have been visiting his office twice a year for maintenance of other issues (I am 59 y/o) and I am always pleased with the outcomes. Dr Schaffer is very professional and I admire his honesty. At some point I wanted him to perform another surgery but he evaluated me and recommended a more conservative option even if the surgery would bring him more $$$. I am a nurse and worked with many physicians, and I can really appreciate his approach: patient's needs are more important than his earnings. In addition, I cannot say enough good things about his office staff: these ladies are always welcoming, professional and make me feel like I am a part of their "family." I highly recommend Dr Schaffer if you need a plastic surgeon in your life.
