I honestly cannot say enough good things about my experience with Dr. Shaffer and his team. I had a tummy tuck with muscle repair, inner thigh lipo, and a BBL, and it has truly been life-changing for me. From the very beginning I felt listened to, respected, and genuinely cared for. I was nervous going into surgery, but Dr. Shaffer and his staff were so patient and reassuring, and they answered every question I had without ever making me feel rushed. Victoria, Debbie, and Mari were absolutely wonderful. They were kind, comforting, and always made me feel at ease whether I called or came into the office. You can tell they truly care about their patients and not just the procedure. My results exceeded my expectations. My waist is defined, my stomach is flat, my thighs are slimmer, and the shape I have now finally matches how I’ve always felt inside. I still look like me… just a much more confident version. The skill and precision of my surgery really shows — my incision is beautiful and you can see the level of care and perfection in his work. Even during recovery, the team checked on me and made sure I was healing properly and felt supported the whole time. Dr. Shaffer and his staff are truly a blessing and honestly a hidden gem. Their bedside manner, attention to detail, and the way they care about their patients really sets them apart. This is one of the best decisions I have ever made for myself. Dr. Schaffer and his staff are incredible. He performed my breast augmentation 9 years ago, armpit incision and no scars, healing was also a breeze. Since then I’ve had a child and breast fed for a year and they still look beautiful. Recently I had a neck procedure with him and I’ve had the same wonderful experience. I could not be more pleased with my breast augmentation! I was very nervous choosing a size because I’m very petite, but Dr. Schaffer was great with all of my concerns and making sure I ended up with the perfect results. Explant surgery: I saw two doctors before meeting Dr Schaffer and within seconds of talking with him I knew he was the one! I felt seen, I felt supported, and the customer service and quality talent and experience was very evident. From consultation to postop appointments, the entire journey was stress-free, informative, and the team was always available to chat. I had saline implants for almost 14 years and had explant done. Dr Schaffer is incredibly knowledgeable, honest and very professional. His front desk team -WOW! Highly recommend Dr Schaffer!
