Dr.Schaffer and his medical staff are absolutely wonderful. They are so warm, inviting, and extremely knowledgeable. I had an overall great experience and love my results. I constantly get complements on how well my results turned out and would gladly recommend anyone to Dr.Schaffer. He is an amazing surgeon!

Dr. Shaffer is stellar!! From his work ethic, to his staff, to the passion he has for his craft. I can't speak anymore highly of the man that gave me life. I've always been small-chested and went 34 years of my life feeling less than a woman, even after modeling and having two boys. I was able to get the body and the curves I always wanted to have. I don't know how I can ever repay Dr. Shaffer and his staff for giving me something that nature/DNA couldn't. I watch a lot of reality TV and so many people have things go wrong and I am so fortunate to have had the best in San Antonio work on me. He is my surgeon for life and everyone should have something done by Dr. Shaffer. I am forever grateful.

The office staff was very sweet and knowledgeable. It was nice having a smiling face every time I walked into the office. Dr. Schaffer himself was very sweet, patient, listed to all my questions, and more! All around he was fantastic. Worked with my short schedule, understanding of my life style, and has been nothing but amazing since day one. If you are looking for a place to have some plastic surgery done I would only recommend Dr. Schaffer.

Dr Schaffer is a wonderful physician and human being. I had a surgery performed by him a few years ago and the results were and continue to be fantastic! Since that time I have been visiting his office twice a year for maintenance of other issues (I am 59 y/o) and I am always pleased with the outcomes. Dr Schaffer is very professional and I admire his honesty. At some point I wanted him to perform another surgery but he evaluated me and recommended a more conservative option even if the surgery would bring him more $$$. I am a nurse and worked with many physicians, and I can really appreciate his approach: patient's needs are more important than his earnings. In addition, I cannot say enough good things about his office staff: these ladies are always welcoming, professional and make me feel like I am a part of their "family." I highly recommend Dr Schaffer if you need a plastic surgeon in your life.

Let me explain to you why Dr. Schaffer is always excited to see me! I call him (The doctor’s Dr.) After many extensive breast augmentation and repairs no other doctor should have been willing to touch me for fear they would cause more damage! But one doctor did and I paid a small fortune and ended up so depressed because my self-esteem was lower than I could ever imagine! Dr. Schaffer was my last hope! Believe me when I tell you he did not leave the OR until he knew I would be completely satisfied with his work! I do believe I was his most challenging surgery! But he exceeded my expectations! Last year, after a big weight loss, I hated my arms even more than I did before the weight loss. I was self conscious about them and embarrassed by them. After much research, I ended up on Dr. Schaffer’s webpage. I spent days reading and researching before finally making a consultation appointment. It was decided, I would have an extended brachioplasty and there is no one else I would of wanted to do my surgery. It’s been a year and I am still so happy with my results. Anyone who asks about my surgery or my Dr. I am always quick to tell them how wonderful Dr. Schaffer is. He made me feel comfortable and informed me of everything that would go on from pre-op to post op. His staff is very sweet and so helpful! Definitely recommend!

The staff is extremely nice, knowledgeable, and professional. They call you by name the second you enter the office which is nice. Dr. Schaffer is extremely professional and out of all the doctors I went and got a consultation with, he gave me the most information on the procedure I was wanting done. That really stood out to me and made me feel like I was already making the right choice going to him! The results were great and I recommend him to everyone! I would go to him again no doubt.
