The experience I had here was beyond amazing. The staff was beyond courteous. I was a little nervous going in but Dr Schaffer made me feel so comfortable. He took his time with me and explained everything in detail.

I had a breast augmentation in March 2023. I had a great experience with Dr. Schaffer. His entire office staff is absolutely wonderful; each of the ladies are professional, knowledgeable and personable as they made me feel entirely comfortable and well taken care of. Dr. Schaffer is an excellent physician, highly educated and thorough in informing the patient of necessary information and answering all questions. I felt completely at ease and comfortable undergoing such a procedure under his care. He has a lovely, caring demeanor and is quite evidently an expert in his profession. I am so grateful for such a wonderful experience with results that have exceeded my expectations and have transformed my confidence. For reference: I am 34 years old, 5’2 and 167 lbs. I wanted large breasts and had moderate plus 500cc saline implants filled to 600cc, under the muscle. I am so pleased, they look and feel incredible. Thank you Dr. Schaffer!

After some extensive online research, I chose to go with Dr. Schaffer for a breast augmentation & I truly can’t say enough about Dr. Schaffer and his entire office staff! Everyone is so friendly & he has been very thorough since I went in for my consultation - easing my anxiety about both the surgery and the recovery time. He also listened intently to the main goals I wanted to achieve with this surgery. I’m 29 years old, have had 2 full-term pregnancies & breast fed 2 babies for 12 months. One of my main priorities was for the breast to have a natural appearance. I’m absolutely blown away by the results. I’m 5 weeks post-op & the results have exceeded my expectations. My axillary scar has healed beautifully & is non-existent. This is, by far, the best investment I could’ve ever made for myself & I couldn’t be happier! I had a great experience with Dr. Schaffer. He did my tummy tuck and he did an incredible job. My surgery went well, my recovery was easy, and my results are amazing! I couldn’t be happier. My incision is low and looks great, and my he did a great job with my belly button. After having kids I spent 13 years trying to hide my body. Dr. Schaffer changed that for me and I couldn’t be happier!

Dr. Schaffer and team are all gems. I’m so happy with my results. If you want a plastic surgeon who has excellent bedside manners, patient with you, honest, realistic, answers all your questions (I asked A LOT), is specific, and does great work.. go to Dr.Schaffer! From the consultation, pre op, post op, and follow ups the whole process has been amazing. I’ve had consultations done with a few different Dr’s in San Antonio and he was the only Dr that didn’t make me feel silly for asking questions or feel rushed. I felt at ease. I’m grateful for Dr. Schaffer and his team. The only surgeon I would trust and go back to!
