My experience with Dr Shaffer and his staff was exceptional! I went in with questions about a possible breast reduction and left with all my concerns and questions answered and ready to move forward. I was scared to death since this was my first surgery, but again he and his staff were there to answer any questions. I am so happy today that I had the reduction done and my only regret is I didn’t have this done years earlier😁
