Description: Emma from Austin, Texas was referred by her sister who had a breast augmentation several years ago with Dr. Schaffer. Emma wanted to have large yet natural looking breasts. Dr. Schaffer recommended saline filled implants using the incision site in the underarm. She went from a small B cup to a full C cup and she couldn’t be happier with the results.
