Description: Paula, a 28 year old woman from San Antonio, Texas came to see board certified plastic surgeon Dr. Eric Schaffer for correction of severe asymmetry due to a left breast tubular deformity (also known as a constricted breast). Bilateral subglandular (submammary) saline implants were placed in front of the muscle, 380cc on the right, 460cc on the left. She was exuberant about her new beautiful breasts and experienced a remarkable improvement in self-esteem. Implant: Saline filled; Placement: Complete Sub-Muscular (below muscles completely); Incision: Transaxillary (through armpit)
