Case Details
Patient is 5’1″ and 130 pounds. This patient wanted to have surgery to increase the fullness at the top of her breasts and a lift but did not want to have obvious scars. Dr. Schaffer recommended that the augmentation be done using a small hidden incision in the armpit with saline implants filled to 300 cc’s. The breast lift he recommended was a circumareolar which has the incision around the areolas what will fade over time and be less noticeable. The patient is very happy with her results and that Dr. Schaffer accomplished all of her goals.
