Description:  Patient is 54 years old, 5’0″ ,weighs 100 pounds and nursed 7 children which left her without much breast tissue or volume.  Mentor smooth round moderate profile saline implants filled to 275 cc were placed using a small incision in the armpit giving her a beautiful result.
