Patient is 5’0″ and 105 pounds who wanted to replace the volume and lift her breast after nursing several babies. Circumareolar lift was performed which Dr. Schaffer places the incision around the areola. Mentor smooth round moderate saline implants were placed under the muscle and filled to 290 cc’s.

Patient is 5’6″ and 170 pounds. She consulted with Dr. Schaffer to have a breast reduction on her right breast which is considerably larger than her left breast. She feels very lopsided which is affecting her posture and finding clothes to hide the discrepancy is very difficult.
