Description: Monica from Austin, Texas came to Dr. Schaffer for a breast augmentation. She was concerned with the assymetry of her breasts and if implant surgery could help make her breast appear more even. Dr. Schaffer explained to her that all bodies are assymetrical to some degree and that he could adjust the saline implants in surgery to achieve her goals. Monica’s bra size before surgery was a 32 B and she is now a full C and sometimes D, depending on the bra style.
