Description: Patient is 5’1″ and 138 pounds. She has lost over 50 pounds with diet and exercise and is ready to have a mommy makeover procedure. Dr. Schaffer recommended a breast augmentation to replace the volume and a breast lift to help with the sagginess. Mentor smooth round moderate profile saline implants filled to 360 cc were placed.
