Patient had a saline breast augmentation with Dr. Schaffer about 10 years ago. Saline implants were placed under the muscle filled to 360 cc’s using a small incision in the armpit. The patient has decided she does not want to have the implants anymore due to neck and back discomfort accompanied with a few health issues. Dr. Schaffer removed the implants easily through the same incision in the armpit from her original surgery. She is very happy with her results.
